Richard Horne

Richard obtained his law degree in at the University of Alberta in 1992 and has been practising law since then. He primarily practices in the areas of real estate, corporate commercial law and wills and estates.

Richard was born in Vancouver, B.C. and attended school in Creston B.C. After finishing high school, Richard moved to Calgary and where he began work and his post-secondary education. Richard moved to Airdrie in 1998 and relocated his law practice to the City in 2002. Richard is an active member of the Airdrie community and had a leading role in a number of volunteer organizations. He enjoys the outdoors and loves to travel.

Todd Wytrychowski

Todd's areas of practice include Litigation, Family Law and Mediation.

Todd Wytrychowski

Todd was born in Calgary and graduated from the University of Calgary in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA). Todd subsequently attended law school at the University of Alberta and received his law degree (LLB) in 2000. Subsequent to Todd completing his Articles in February, 2002 he moved his practice to Airdrie, Alberta and along with Richard Horne, formed the law firm Horne Wytrychowski. Todd has practiced at Horne Wytrychowski unto to the present time.

In 2002, Todd was elected to the Board of Directors for the Calgary Foothills Provincial Progressive Conservative Party. He is also a member of the Law Society of Alberta, Canadian Bar Association and Calgary Bar Association. Todd is a past instructor for the Legal Education Society of Alberta and Rockyview College.

Todd is married and has three children. He enjoys playing golf regularly and collecting wine.

Beecher Menzies

Beecher's areas of practice include Family Law, Wills & Estates, and Civil Litigation.

Beecher Menzies

Beecher was born in Ontario, moved to Calgary in 1993 and was called to the bar in 1994. For the past 12 years, Beecher has been involved with the Minerva Foundation, which provides hot meals for underprivileged children at elementary school levels, as well as other charitable organizations.

Beecher has been a member of the Calgary Bar Association for 18 years. Beecher's extracurricular activities include golfing and downhill skiing.

Peter Ewanchuk

Peter's areas of practice include Corporate Law, Wills and Estates, Real Estate and Family Law.

Peter Ewanchuk

Peter attended the University of Alberta and graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Arts in 2009. He went on to attend Law School at the University of Calgary and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 2013. While attending Law School in 2012, he joined a prominent Family Law Firm and later went on to complete his Articles there in 2014. While attending Law School he volunteered his time with Student Legal Assistance and Pro Bono Students Canada. He was called to the Alberta Bar in July, 2014. To date, he has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta. As an Articling Student, he had the opportunity to assist with several Court of Queen's Bench trials dealing with issues of divorce, child support and spousal support, property division, custody and parenting and mobility. His practice areas include Corporate Law, Wills and Estates, Real Estate and Family Law. Peter is passionate about the practice of Law and assisting his clients to resolve their problems in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Peter recently joined Horne Wytrychowski in November, 2014 and looks forward to serving the community that he resides in!

In his spare time Peter enjoys cooking, fishing, skiing and camping.
